VEHICLE SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT AND REQUIREMENTS FOR GENERATION TRUCKS.

Thank you for your interest in becoming an event representative and a sponsored builder with Generation Trucks. We are constantly seeking diverse and over the top builds to help showcase our products. Generation Trucks requires a completed vehicle proposal to inform us of the prospective sponsored build, modifications, planned events, and accomplishments in exchange for sponsorship. Agreement terms will be strictly enforced and agreed upon for 1 year from the approval date.

Your vehicle proposal is your opportunity to sell Generation Trucks on supplying wheels for your custom build, and your chance to showcase what you can bring to the Generation Trucks brand. Do not leave anything out. This proposal is a direct representation of you and your build!

Sponsorship Requirements

​

  1. Generation Trucks logo(s) will be displayed in approved and prominent locations on the vehicle at all events.

  2. Attend, enter, and display vehicle and product at events local and national.

  3. Competitor's names of Generation Trucks will not be allowed upon the sponsored vehicle.

  4. Promote and tag @GTOFFROAD and #GENERATIONTRUCKS in social media posts of sponsored vehicle.

  5. The sponsored product must remain on the vehicle for no less than one year from the date of the agreement.

  6. Submit photos, magazine features including show coverage spots, copies of ads or brochures, with accomplishments at each event attended

  7. Your vehicle and yourself will be a direct representation of Generation Trucks. We strive to make a great impression everywhere we go. You will be expected to do the same.

  8. Generation Trucks will reserve booth spots at shows on a first come first serve basis. This is not a guarantee. All registration fees for shows attended are the sole responsibility of sponsored vehicle owner unless stated otherwise.

  • Failure to adhere to this agreement

  • Failure to adhere to any part of this agreement will result in the sponsored party being billed in full for the product supplied. It is your responsibility to provide Generation Trucks with accomplishments, updates, and achievements of sponsored vehicle.

    By signing below, I authorize Generation Trucks wheels to charge my credit card for the sponsored product if I fail to adequately promote Generation Trucks as outlined in this agreement. And by signing below, I hereby grant permission for Generation Trucks to use, display or publish my vehicle photography and or video footage in commercial, editorial, and social media campaigns.
